Getting Started

GENZA is a Gen Z dating app where personality comes first. Instead of swiping through photos, you create a 3D avatar, play gamified quests to discover your unique "vibe code," and get matched by AI based on real compatibility. Photos only unlock after trust builds naturally. It's dating reimagined as an adventure.
When you first open GENZA, you'll be guided through our 3D avatar creator. Customize your look with hundreds of options -- face shape, hair, skin tone, outfits, and accessories. Your avatar is your digital self in the GENZA world. You can update it anytime from your profile settings.
Yes. GENZA is free to download and use. Core features like avatar creation, quests, matching, and chatting are all included. We offer optional premium features for users who want extra customization and enhanced experiences, but you never need to pay to find genuine connections.
GENZA is currently available on the Apple App Store for iPhone. We're working on bringing GENZA to Android and other platforms soon. Stay tuned to our socials for launch announcements.

Matching & Compatibility

Our AI analyzes behavioral signals from how you play quests, interact with content, and make choices within the app. Instead of relying on self-reported preferences or surface-level filters, our models identify patterns that predict genuine compatibility -- shared values, communication styles, and emotional energy.
Your vibe code is your unique dating personality profile, shaped by how you play through GENZA's gamified quests. Think of it as a living map of your values, energy, and what you're looking for in a connection. Every quest decision reveals another layer. Your vibe code evolves as you do -- it's never static.
Photos unlock after trust builds naturally. You'll interact through avatars first -- chatting, playing co-op games in 3D rooms, and getting to know each other's personality. Once mutual interest and trust develop, both users can choose to reveal photos. This eliminates snap judgments and lets connection drive the experience.
Yes. You can set basic preferences like age range and location. But GENZA's power is in going beyond filters -- our AI surfaces matches you might never have found through traditional filtering, based on deeper compatibility signals that go way beyond demographics.

Safety & Privacy

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security, and we never sell your personal information to third parties. GENZA is incorporated in Delaware, USA, and complies with applicable privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We have zero tolerance for harassment. Our moderation system combines AI-powered detection with human review. Reported accounts are investigated promptly, and users who violate community guidelines face warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans. The avatar-first design also adds a natural layer of protection against unwanted behavior.
Yes. You can block or report any user at any time from their profile or within a chat. Blocked users can't contact you or see your profile. Reports are reviewed by our safety team, and we take action within 24 hours. Your safety is our top priority.
We collect what's needed to provide the service: account info (email, age, gender), behavioral data from quest interactions (to build your vibe code and improve matching), and usage analytics to improve the app. We don't collect unnecessary data and you can request data deletion at any time. Account & Technical

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. You'll be asked to confirm, and your account will be permanently deleted along with all associated data within 30 days. You can also email support@genza.io to request deletion.
Try these steps: 1) Make sure you're on the latest version of GENZA from the App Store. 2) Restart the app by closing it completely and reopening. 3) Check your internet connection. 4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, reach out to support@genza.io with a description of the problem and your device model.
You can reach our support team at support@genza.io. We typically respond within 24 hours. You can also tap Help & Support inside the app settings. For urgent safety concerns, include "URGENT" in your subject line for priority handling.
